Privacy

mint runs small tools on files and data you send. This is what happens to it.

Your input

The input of a run (text, files, URLs you ask us to fetch) is processed on our server for that request and discarded afterwards. We do not read it, keep it or use it for anything else.

What is recorded

Usage records: time, tool, status, duration, credits charged and a salted hash of your IP address (the salt changes daily, so the hash cannot be linked across days). The web server also keeps standard access logs (address, path, time, browser) for abuse control and to count search-engine visits.

Cookies and tracking

None. There is no analytics script and no advertising. If you save an API key it is stored in this browser's local storage and sent only to the mint API.

Payments

Credits are sold by Paddle, who is the merchant of record and holds payment details. We receive the transaction and the key it is for.

Support e-mail

Mail to data@voiddo.com is kept on our own mail server. Its text is processed by Anthropic PBC (United States), a service provider that helps us sort messages and draft the reply.

Lookups

The lookup tools send the domain, IP address or record you ask about to the public registry or DNS service that holds the answer, and currency rates come from the European Central Bank. Nothing else about you is sent with them.

Where it runs

Our server is hosted by Hostinger in the United Kingdom.
